Is this event only for Ethiopian and Eritreans?Not at all! While Motherland Sounds celebrates Ethiopian and Eritrean culture, the event is open to everyone who loves good music, positive vibes, and rich cultural experiences.

What other events do you have besides Motherland Sounds?In addition to Motherland Sounds, we host Honey Baby, an Ethio-Jazz experience, and Wey Gud, a comedy show hosted by Biniam Bizuneh (Comedy Central, Jimmy Kimmel).

When did y'all start doing this event?Motherland Sounds started as a way to bring the Ethiopian and Eritrean community together through food, music and culture. Our journey began in 2023, and since then, it has grown into an event series celebrating the sounds of the motherland and beyond.
